Terms of use

Last updated 9 October 2026.

Using fidgetkey means you accept these terms. They are short because there isn't much to agree to: it's a set of free toys.

Free to play

Everything here is free to use for fun at home, at school or at work. You don't need an account. Please don't copy the site as a whole, frame it inside another site, or try to overload or break it.

Just toys

The toys and sounds are for entertainment. Nothing on fidgetkey is medical, psychological or educational advice, and none of it is meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Keyboard and switch sounds are synthesized impressions of general switch types, not measurements or recordings of any product, and product names you might know are not affiliated with this site.

Look after your ears

You control the volume. Keep it at a comfortable level, especially with headphones or when children are listening, and take breaks. If anything ever sounds louder than you expect, lower your device volume first.

As it is

Think of fidgetkey like a box of toys on a shared table: offered as-is. Any toy might change, wander off or behave differently on your particular phone or computer. As far as your local law permits, fidgetkey isn't responsible for harm or losses that come from playing here, including discomfort from a volume you set yourself or from how a browser or device behaves.

Your rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live where those rights can't be waived.
