Helpful things to include

• Something not working? Tell us the page, your device and browser (for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome") and what you expected to hear or see.
• No sound at all? First check the device volume, the page's Mute button and, on iPhone, the silent switch. Then write if it's still quiet.
• An idea for a toy? Describe the object and the sound it makes. The best ideas are small, satisfying and work with one finger.
